Waiting on Wednesday - Afterlife

Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine

Afterlife (Evernight #4) by Claudia Gray
Published by HarperTeen
Publication Date: March  8, 2011

Summary from Goodreads: The fourth book in this electrifying vampire series has all the romance, suspense, and page-turning drama that have made Claudia Gray’s Evernight books runaway successes.

Having become what they feared most, Bianca and Lucas face a terrifying new reality. They must return to Evernight Academy, Lucas as a vampire and Bianca as a wraith. But Lucas is haunted by demons, both personal and supernatural. Bianca must help him fight the evil inside him, combat the forces determined to drive them apart—and find the power to claim her destiny at last.

Readers have fallen in love with Bianca and Lucas, and they will be thrilled to read this exciting conclusion to their romantic adventure.

After reading Hourglass, I was curious about what would happen to Bianca and Lucas next.  They've been through so much, that it was hard to imagine what could come next for them.  It looks like we get to find out next March.

What are you "Waiting On" this Wednesday?

  1. I haven't read any of the Evernight series, but now that the end is near, I might pick it up. I hate waiting for new books in a series to be released.

  7. I have started Evernight but never finished it. Not a statement on the book at all - just I own it for my Kindle and other books had to take precedence. I need to get back to it because I was really enjoying it.

  8. I saw that you are a part of the Debut Author Challenge! That is so amazing that you are supporting debut authors and I only recently found out that I am going to be one!!! I wanted to ask if you wouldn’t mind heading over to my blog and giving me your opinion. As a blogger turned author I would really appreciate it and the publisher is still giving out ARCs so you might have a chance at a free copy! Thank you and I hope you will stop by and check out The Thirteenth Chime!

    Sincerely,
